Browse available listings on CAYRE and select the item you would like to purchase. Complete your purchase through the website. The seller will then prepare your order and deliver it to a CAYRE Smart Locker. Once your item is ready for collection, CAYRE will send you the information you need to collect it. Approved oversized items are exchanged in person instead of through a Smart Locker, with payment kept on CAYRE.

Once the seller has placed your order inside the Smart Locker, you will receive an email from CAYRE containing your collection information and unique locker access code.

Buyers have 36 hours to collect their order from the CAYRE Smart Locker once the collection notification has been sent.

Visit the Smart Locker location provided in your collection email. On the locker screen, select "Pick Up" and enter the unique collection code sent to you by CAYRE. The correct locker compartment will then open.

Most purchases are exchanged through CAYRE Smart Lockers. Approved oversized items may be exchanged in person. Arrange the handover through CAYRE messages and keep payment on the website.
